From the North: take the A-14 highway (Bologna-Bari), exit at San Severo; continue in the direction of San Marco in Lamis, and, from there, follow the signs to San Giovanni Rotondo.

From the Center and the South: take the A-16 highway (Napoli-Bari), exit at Candela - Foggia; take then the Manfredonia highway up to the ramp to San Giovanni Rotondo.

From the Center and the South: take the A-16 highway (Taranto-Bari),
exit at Cerignola East; take then the road to Manfredonia up to the ramp to San Giovanni Rotondo. y to Padre Pio.
