There are several lines that connect the area of Gargano.

By Car

From the North:
Take the motorway A-14 Bologna / Taranto, exit at Poggio Imperiale. There, you can take the “Strada Veloce del Gargano” and follow it until the end.

Then, follow the coast road leading to Peschici (SS89).

Once in Peschici you can choose between two ways to get to Vieste: the coastal road (P52) or the internal road (SS89).

The distance is almost the same. The coastal is the most popular, partly because it passes through a beautiful landscape, full of beaches and bays.

From the South: Take the motorway A 14-Taranto / Bologna, exit at Cerignola Est. Continue on the road (SS159) towards Manfredonia.

Once in Manfredonia, continue on the road (SS89), towards Mattinata.

From here again you can reach Viesta by the coastal Vieste (B53) or the internal road (SS89).
